racing hart... offset?

Hi, i'm not to familiar with this. The famous rx-8 picture with the mazdaspeed kit and the racing hart 19" cx rims... What are the specs of that wheel? What offset?

ALso, the smaller the offset, the wider the rim? Is that correct? What does it mean when the offset number decreases? What is the offset of the stock oem 18" rim?

Thank you for your help people!

the offset on the stock wheels is 50mm. that means that looking at the rim from above, the center hub is 50mm (towards the outer part of the wheel) from dead center. so the smaller the offset, the more the wheel will "stick out."

i'm not sure what the offset is on the racing harts, but i would guess in the 40mm range in the rear.
