Quick Question for Punctured Tire

So. Today at the car wash when i was putting tire shine on my right rear, i found a little nail stuck in the sidewall-ish, it's kinda like this. well the nail's obviously not this big. it's like 2mm-ish? and i don't know how deep it is.

it's not on the sidewall, neither was it on the contact patch.
The tire is abt 6/32 now.
question is. Shud i replace the tire? repair it? get a cheap one and wait till i replace all 4 of them.
I have Michelin PS2 now so it's frigggin expensive to get it when it's not on special.
HELP WT SHUD I DO??
