Nah. "Lugg patter" is what you hear when little people run around in Luggs (shoes. Like the company that paid for that awesome bike on American Chopper). That or the sound when you drop a lug nut but dont know where it goes, so you freeze in place to listen where it rolls. More often than not it will roll (makeing the pattering sound) to the EXACT DEAD CENTER of your car. Just at the end of your outstreached fingers.
