put up pics of my new tires compared to stock

I just got some new tires installed (kumho ecsta spt p245/40) to replace my stock bridgestone potenza a030 p225/45 tires.

new tires

I took pictures of the old tires just before they were replaced, then pictures of the new tires, and I have them up side by side there.

I'm buying my winter tires from sicount tires too. Any idea how much the TPMS sensor costs? Is Discount tires paying for the new sensor?

I have heard that the sensors cost around $100 each! discount tire bought a new sensor and installed it for me the next monday. they told me they got a new sensor from mazda, so hopefully they did. I have seen people post on here that they just ignore the tire pressure warning light all winter.

I keep meaning to take a picture of the old sensor and add it to the page. it's pretty funky looking.
