Proper offset need help

Im trying to buy axis milano 19's 245/35/19 & 275/30/19 but I was wondering if the offset would matter?

Yes, offset matters.

Have a look at Cortc's thread in this section titled "Installed Axis Hiros on my RX-8"

His 19" rim widths and tire sizes are covered there and the setup worked fine.

tire size has little to do with wheel offset...in 8.5/9.5 f/r setups you'd want probably 38 rear and 44 front..but check that thread
