Question Problem on Progress front sway bar.

I just finished my front progress sway bar yesterday.
Why after put this on, it has noise when I drive on the road.
The noise is sound like something is crash with sway bar. It's Pretty lound.
But when I check the car there are still have enough space for sway bar.
And the bar is look fine and everything are look fine. But the things is I cannot find out where cause the noise, but when I drive the noise is come from the sway bar.
Did anyone know this kind problem, or anyone have this kind problem before?????

Welcome to the forum!
Take some pictures of the bar from under the car and post them here. You should get an answer...

Add location to you profile when you get a chance

Groaning....

Yeah, I know this is an old thread but...

I had some AP sway bars installed. The front started to squeak some and gives a groan when going over speed bumps. I can create the noise by jumping up and down while seated on the front fender. Interestingly the noise is pronounced on the way UP and not on the way down.

...Stock links.

I took it back to the garage where it was installed and they put some "lithium grease" on it but that hasn't helped. Should I go back and ask for silicone?

Thanks for any help.

Took it back to the installer and they removed it and re-installed. I suspect they didn't put in enough grease during the install but don't know. It's quiet now though which makes me happy.
