Problem installing Powertrix coilovers...

Aren't the driver side and passenger side rear coilovers supposed to be different?

I believe I received 2 passenger side coilovers because there is no way this will mount on the driver side due to the 2 studs and the hole that the 12mm bolt goes into is on the wrong side..

Am I doing something wrong or do I have the wrong coilover? My 2 coilovers for the rear are identical.

Thanks in advance...

I understand that you can rotate the assembly but that isn't going to fix my issue...

Either way, the bolts will be in the wrong spots. Flipped or not. Please correct me if I am wrong.. One of the pics shows the coilover flipped as If I flipped the bracket.

They are different... Unless the mount can be flipped over and the bolts threadded in the other way you will need to get the one side replaced

That's what I thought. I contacted Powertrix about it and I am waiting on word back.

Just my luck

Got the front installed, anyways. Should make for a fun ride... 10k springs in the front and stock in the rear LOL.

Thanks for the help Dannobre. I didn't think this would work.

I know, right? I took it for a test drive. It is pretty scary.

Is it common for the front coilovers to squeek a little after first installing them? I'm positive everything was tightened well and installed correctly. They squeek when I hit bumps.

Did you reuse the stock plastic gaskets?
