Powder Coating Stock Rims

So I have been gaining some interest in Powder Coating my OEM Rims on my 8. I love the look of the Black Rims on VR, but I don't have the money right now to buy new Rims.

Anyone know how much it would cost to Powder Coat OEM Rims? Also, does anyone know of a place that will Powder Coat my Rims in Harford County, MD?

I did, but I was only able to find one good thread and felt like it didn't help me out at all.....which is why I posted this thread.

there's a place in detroit metro here that quoted me 300 for just powdercoating, not including sandblasting or prepping. not bad, but i may just resort to spray painting myself. much cheaper

btw there was a spray painting and clearcoating wheels thread a while ago w/ photo instructions. i know it's simple, but wouldn't mind reading it again. couldn't find it tho. anyone knows what i'm talking about?
