Anybody have pics of the polished wheels on their cars. I have the polished wheels but no car yet. Should get the car anyday now.

Not on my car (for obvious reasons), but there are pics of a Velocity Red with polished wheels in this thread.

When I ordered my car I requested polished and they said it was not available. Good to see it is.

Has anyone polished their stock wheels yet? I've seen a wheel polishing kit at the eastwood website, but I've never attempted something like this. I looked at my wheels, and if I didn't know better I'd say they were either painted or powdercoated (?)...as opposed to just plain castings. And they ARE aluminum, right? How long does it take to polish a wheel? I don't want to miss work because my car's up on jackstands, lol...

Sorry for the late response, I paid $375 per wheel. More than I would usually pay but got it worked into the financing.

No redshift. I'm thiking about powdercoating mine but I am not sure yet how I want to go with that. Probably do black on some aprts only rather than the whole thing.

I'm thinking about getting new Titanium coloured wheels, and then using the stock ones for snow tires (Blizzak LM-22).
