Open end lugnuts

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but what can I use for a open end lug that will fit a aftermarket wheel? I don't want to keep using a spline drive for my autocross set-up. Is there a particular thread or size? Thanks for any help in advance.

there is no difference in thread size for an open ended lug.

i've got the Project Kics R40's.

When buying lugs make sure they are 12x1.5 thread pitch and you'll be good

this maybe another stupid question, but what is the advantage of using open end lugnuts?

I don't want to use the spline drive when taken off and putting on my wheels at the autocross events. Just my impact driver and a socket. Less to worry about for me. I am not sure what other benefits other than a very little bit of weight.

Open ended are perfectly fine. The main reason for using them is if you have extended lugs where capped nuts will bottom out before getting completely tight.
