Nitto 850 Mistake?

I had four Nitto 850s installed today and an alignment done on my '06 Shinka. Bought this car in March with 17k miles. Two good Toyo Proxes on front and nearly worn Dunlops on the rear. After six months, couldn't take the Toyo's noise any longer and the Dunlops were worn out. Even though the Toyos still had a lot of life left, I went for a full set. Nittos won over Hankook Ventus 105s. Not the same car now. The car pulls right when releasing the clutch on acceleration and straight line stability is gone. The car is itchy and sensitive at speed and the slot car-like tracking is just gone. The Toyos may have been noisy, but man, they were linear at speed. Lane changes used to be surgical and tight. No more. The shop has agreed to recheck the alignment, but I'm already doubting the Nittos. I'd really like some input. The car is my daily driver and I do a lot of highway time. Road noise is a concern, but I want that feel back. Thanks.

Sounds like alignment since it pulls.

Could be that the Nittos have a soft sidewall. I had a similar issue with BFGoodrich tires. The place I got them from let me exchange them for something different.
