Hey G. -
Just take a look around on the New Year's run or any of the other AZMC/RCCAZ runs. You'll see most of your spring choices represented.
Both Daves (CW and 09Factor), Flashwing, AZLizard, Easy, myself and many of the other '8s are lowered - each with a different spring choice.
Then, when you have made a choice, see Chris (BlueStreak) to purchase. He really slices the margin as close as he can for us.
I'm running the AutoEXE, which were for the longest time the MOST expensive spring out there. Not that its a good thing. However, they are super comfortable and very low. Combined with an adjustable shock, you can get a nice balance between lowering, performance and ride comfort (most important to me).
PhotoMunkey, who has had the chance to try just about everything out there one way or another could probably give you a good recommendation as well.

I'm looking for something pretty affordable, I'm still in the process of finding a new job.I would love to keep it below $200. Thanks for that info man. I'll definitely take a look around this..thursday is it? I'm just looking for a mean lowering, and still a good ride.

I know Todd (Flashwing, isn't on here much) had the Tanabe springs. He recently got K-Sport coilovers. I think he liked the Tanabe's but he went to coilovers for the adjustably, and for more aggressive handling.
I have Koni shocks with Sprint springs. The ride is rough. My car is slammed- Jeff and I have the lowest 8's in the club, we both tuck tire all around. It looks bad *** but for me the Sprint's are too rough. I loved them for 3,000 miles, but now they just too harsh for Phoenix roads (which aren't too bad compared to East coast roads...)
I'm actually thinking of getting Tein Monoflex coilovers with EDFC so I can adjust my compression on the fly, and also adjust ride height and spring preload.

I'm not in the market for coilovers. I'm looking for a lowered look, but still having a semi-comfortable ride. I'm just looking at the springs right now. Coilovers are too rough, and I don't play at the track enough
