From researching shocks when I was shopping around:
The Mazdaspeeds are best paired with the Mazdaspeed springs, the spring rates and shock stiffness are meant to compliment each other. They are non-adjustable.
The Konis and Tokicos are both adjustable.
The Konis are stiffer, even at the softest setting. The rears have to be taken out of the car to adjust them.
The Tokicos are a little softer. At the softest setting they are a little softer than stock, but they are still pretty trackable at their stiffest setting. They also have extention cables to allow for adjustment of the rears without taking them out of the car.
I chose the Tokicos and really like them for my daily driven car.
I don't know anything about the Bilsteins other than they are non-adjustable.
They are all in roughly the same price range.
Are you looking to get springs also?
