new Coilovers on DSC light on as well

new Coilovers on DSC light on as well

i just got my car back from getting the new coilovers on and now when the car starts the DSC light isnt on, but when i start the car in motion the light will come on and stay on i had to replace the lower control arm in the front drivers side. i was wondering whats going on since i have seen a lot of people put coilovers on but i have seen no people post this problem just wondering if someone could share some incite. i have a 04 gt loaded no nav just wondering what i should do im going to get an alignment done in the morning.

it will reset after awhile they probably disconnected the battery while installing you coilsovers.

just turn on and off the car... it should turns off after that or drive the car a bit then turn off that happend when you lift the car

Since the control arm was replaced, did you remember to connect the DSC control motor arm back up to the lower suspension control arm mounting tab? Another possibility is the speed sensor wire for the hub/spindle; might not be in all the way or some people have damaged the wiring by not disconnecting it and putting too much stress on it pulling stuff apart. Otherwise it likely just needs to be reset.

It will totally recast after some time they probably turned off the battery power while setting up your coilovers.
