Need opinions

I have a +300WHP Turbo Rx8. It have stock suspention. I dont wanna put coilover or sport springs because i don't want the car to stiff.

But i would like to put good tire/wheels to handle better the extra power. What are the best size for this kind of power? (looking only for performance gains)

I don't have any brake problems. But a friend told me to put the mazdaspeed brake pads. It worth to put the pads that much? even without suspention upgrades?

Thanks for any opinion
