28lbs is a bit heavy, Stock is 21lbs.

What is your price range?

How wide do you want to go?

What color wheels are you looking for?

Need to figure these questions out before we tell you what kind of wheels to get.

My advice. Wait.

Save up and get some nice wheels for around 1100-1300. Going cheap on wheels is not something one should do.

offset pushes the rim out, making it more flush with the fender

you are sounding like youre impatient and wanting to rush this.
DON'T

for 600-700, you will not get good set of wheels nevermind the tires.

You are asking for our help.
