Did you consider getting wheels in gunmetal or black? I think that would look super trick on a blue 8.

How heavy is that with tyres compare with stock?

I want some light 18" like the SSR Type C. Agree?

But man that looks good now I don't know what I am going to get now
Can it ever be TOO wide?

Seriously though, I estimate the wheels to be about 5 lbs. heavier than stock. These are definitely about looks and less about performance gains. There is not much difference in feel compared to the stock wheels, but the steering does feel a bit heavier.

As for the TPMS light, it surprising doesn't bother me at all. It doesn't beep or flash, it just stays on. It's kinda like the headlight light. If that bothers you, then this probably will. Small price to pay, I think,

They are really nice Napboy. I also think they would look good in gunmetal, but I don't know about black.
As for the TPMS light, can't you just take the bulb out? I have never seen one so I don't know if it is possible or not.

There have been numerous threads about disabling the light, but it doesn't bother me at all right now. Eventually when it wears on me (and if there's a simple solution), I'll do it.

As for the color, gunmetal would be awesome. Of course, it's not a color choice from the company and I don't have the money to have them done right now. I guess I should get a job soon!

thanks for the pics
I think they are perfect expecially from the rear. the width of those tires reallly show in relation to the car. It gives it a sure footed , just look bullish(in a good way) not doggish, reminds me of my fc with 245 in the rear. and those rims are my favorite of all, I might get the same setup, maybe different brand not to take that away from you.

Just a word of warning. I'm having some fitment issues in the rear in that the 19x9.5 would not clear the brake caliper. It required 5mm spacers. Now the rear wheel with 275's sticks out a tad too much. I'm afraid to lower the car because I'll have to roll the fenders to make it fit properly.

I'm working on a solution (including getting new wheels) so I'll keep you posted.

Thumbs up Psssst buddy you left the stickers on the tires!

Great wheels. Dude you beat me to it! Where did you get those wheels? I fell in love with those since I saw them on an Audi A4 in the latest issue of European Car magazine.

Isn't that the Mazdatrix RX-8? I thought they had one like that with those rims. Maybe I'm confused...

Here's some updated pics taken at the Socal RX meet up last month. I eventually had to downsize to the 19 x 8.5 to make the rear fit properly. I still kept the 275/30/19 on the rear though. The tire barely fit.
