TX Minimum Rotor Thickness?

Does anyone know what the specs are? It should be on the rotors right? Any input on getting them turned?

I'm not going to look it up.

rotors can not be turned.

Most rotors nowadays can not be turned.

they don't make them thick enough anymore.

Need to reduce weight and save on gas.

What rotors are you using OEM or Aftermarket? Why do you think you need your rotors turned?

Thank you!!!

I need this because I bought used rotors with 6k on them and mine have 92k on them. I just wanna get the ones I bought cleaned up in case there is any build up (read break FAQ). I was gonna buy aftermarket but I just got a new clutch and I need to do my breaks front and back and I'm buying wheels so aftermarket rotors will have to wait.

Just clean them with spray brake cleaner when you put them on and then go out and bed in the brake pads as per the Brake FAQ. That should be all that is necessary even if there were uneven pad deposits which there likely are not.
