Question KW Variant3 -Help!

I hate to be the new guy on the board that asks dumb questions, but I'm running out of ideas. I've been trying to install a set of KW Variant 3s that I bought on here. Now on top of my mechanical incompetence and inexperience, I'm apparently missing some mounting hardware. I'm hoping someone on here has info I'm missing.

In comparison to the stock struts, the top of the Variants have a larger radius. Diameter too I'd assume. Of course this means that I can't use the stock hardware. Which leaves me with a wonderful car stuck on jack stands. I'm wondering if someone knows the size, a part number, a trick, a store, anything that will lead me in the right direction. I'm needing the washers and the spacers on the mount (under the bushings). I guess I could theoretically drill out the existing washers, but that spacer...

I appreciate your time and every last bit of useful advice you can give me. Thanks!

The shocks should have come with the correct washers and spacers

They came on the fronts, but not the rears. Two out of four doesn't quite cut it.

Going to have to get ahold of KW America or a dealer and get the parts. I can't tell you offhand the dia of the hole in the washers...but you likely could drill out the OEM stuff to fit if you know the size. It has to sit on the lip...so too big is as much of a problem as to small.
