Cusco or Tein flex both can be had w/electronic adjustment ( ECON & EFDC, respectively) and that DOES allow you to use the full range of adjustment on or off the track with a flick of a finger. Why have 6 or 12 or 32 way adjustable coilovers if you pretty much set it and leave it (unless you're a contortionist that likes to tune/play under your car at the track)? Kind of nulls the advantage of the adj coilover thing .

Most of what I have been interested in is around the $1700 range. This is actually way more than I had planned to spend initially, but looking at what is out there for less, I decided I definitely didn't want to do it twice.
I had not intended to do anything for a couple of years, but it seems that my factory shocks (or RB springs) have failed causing too low of ride height in the rear and I can not get camber w/ in an acceptable range. I also want to fix the "driver's side lower than the passenger's" delima that plagues most 8s. I'm not necessarily cheap, but I am not a racer and have other projects in mind too.

Like I said in my post (which some may refer as fanboy), the main difference between most european (like KW) and Japanese ( TEIN and JIC) is that european dampers tend to be of better quality. Jap's spring rates are usually higher but less effectively damped.
You choose what you want, you can't go wrong in either scenario. KW V3, TEIN Flex or the higher-spec Mono Flex or the JIC FLT-A1 or higher-spec A2, it's all you.
As a reference, many Miata owners prefer the softer Koni/Ground-Control DIY coil-over combo. Also, the same number of ethusiast prefer off-the-shelf TEIN Flex... Both camps have their reason, and both camps have great results...
You can also custom-order a KW/Flex/Mono Flex/FLT-TAR (A2's new name) to your own specs wiht a supplement.

"stiffest and most reliable" has very little to do with what makes for a good track suspension. Unfortunately, that lack of knowledge means a truly "good track suspension" will be difficult for you to dial in properly.
Here's a brain teaser for you: why is a 15-way adjustable coilover worse in terms of performance than a 2-way adjustable coilover?

I am in the market for a good track suspension also. I am currently looking at KW. Do many people on the forum have them, i am just looking for feedback... I don't want to steal the thread, but i am sure this is relevant. Also, if anyone has suggestions for good threads relating to choosing coilovers, or comparisons e.t.c., maybe you could post them... thanks
