High speed brake shudder, and stuck pads and rotors?

Unfortunately this is happening to my Project Mu's....
It happened before, but it turned out it was a loose piston cap before I installed the kit. After tightening it back up, everything ran perfect ... until recently.

I noticed at stop lights, my car would not roll back or forth even when I dont press on the brakes. (even w/ slight inclination). I jacked up my car and noticed that my front passenger wheel requires lots of effort to turn. Like the pads are stuck on to the rotor and the piston is not retracting enough. The driver side seems to be fine (or at least only require minimal strength to rotate the wheels).

At low speeds, braking seems to be fine and strong. But at speeds 90mph+, there seems to be some vibration or shudder when I step on the brakes.

Does it sound like I have warped rotors? But does warped rotors explain how the pads are stuck onto the rotor?

I have yet to take out my caliper and rotors to check is it a loose cap again, but Im guessing its not because of the cap...

Thanx

take your brake caliper out, take out the two pins, clean it with brake cleaner and grease it with high temp grease then put every thing back.

I hate to tell you this but your rotor might be warped, the same thing happens in my daily driver. I punished the brakes for quite a while, the brake dust built up and moisture clogged up the calipers and stay in contact with the rotor each time after braking is done. Troubleshooting it was difficult in my case but eventually I found one of my rims is hotter than the other, had the calipers cleaned up but too late, now I have a pulsating brakes.

thx for the input, so most likely my calipers are dirty? btw, when I said I had project mu, I meant I had the whole BBK.
when you said two pins, did you mean the 2 pins from the stock caliper?

Thanx again

Its most likely the part that fails to retract back after you'd done some braking, sorry I don't know the terms, maybe its brake piston area clogged up.
