HELP!! UPS lost a wheel (discounttiredirect)

Does anyone know how effective DiscountTireDirect is when it comes to finding/replacing a wheel? UPS managed to ship only 3 wheels from a local distribution center. Anyone have a similar problem? I'm anxious as hell now; wondering if I'll have to wait another month for a replacement.
