Help Me Choose, Please?

I love how the car handles and feels stock, but it looks too high to me. Dont get me wrong, im much more driver than anything else, but this is my first RWD car (mostly experienced w/ FWD) and so i wanna get used to it before i go and raise its limits ya know? anyway, im debating what kind of suspension set up i should go for. it is a Street car, we dont even have a track here anymore, it closed anyway, i was thinking about the following

H&R springs and some struts
Tein Basic
Megan Racing
Tein Flex

my main concern is that it wont handle worse than stock. if the ride quality decreases (of course it will) i would like it to handle much better for it to be worth it (though i know this is a hard thing to measure...)

if you suggest H&R springs w/ new struts, what kind of struts do you recommend?

was also wondering, how are the Tein Flex adjusted in the rear? i dont think id want to spend to extra money on an EDFC but if its a real pain to do then i might just go for that

thanks!

I've got the Tein S-techs and Koni shocks and I love them both. So I'm not too sure how I should vote in your poll.

are you going to track your car?
if that is the cast get the zeal or jic.
if only for street use get the mazdaspeed spring, shocks and sway.

not a big fan of megan racing for the 8. i say if those are your only choices, then i'd agree with everyone with the Tein Flex.

You just said you wanna get used to the car before raising its limits, then why are you changing your suspensions?

again, H&R springs and Tein flex is quite a difference in not only performance but PRICE!
go with your budget.

I just had my Tein springs installed a couple of days ago that I got off ebay for $150 shipped...I am very happy with them. Handles great and looks good to..wanted it lower but it will do for now, hopefully it will settle a little . -1.4 in front and -.7 in back.
Good luck, Jeff

i'm trying to decide if the tein flex will be worth it to me in the long run or not. if so then i dont mind waiting and saving for them. hopefully get other's opinions based on my situation which i tried to describe above, thanks very much for everyone's input!

btw for those who feel springs and struts are enough, im pretty set on H&R springs and tokico d-specs if i go that route
