the front is easy, just turn the adjustment **** completely to soft and work your way back from there to the desired setting.

as for the rears: there's no way to tell.
I would recommend you set them yourself to be sure. Go to koni's website for instructions on how to adjust the rears

you need to do yourself a favor and look this information up.
did you read any install threads here? You're aware that you need to drill out the gold / copper ring in order for the strut to fit, right?

don't just rush into this install without knowing what you're getting into. A little research / planning beforehand will save you a great deal of headaches.

So basically you are asking us to go find the installation DIY for you, and copy and paste the entire thread into a post?

If you aren't willing to search for it, it makes us think you wouldn't read it if we even posted it.

Suspension isn't something to do with your eyes and ears logged in your rear end. Take some time and educate yourself on it.

I know what you are feeling. I was stuck with a non running car last night on my way home from work, but even with just my droid, I was able to find an answer and get it running myself without bothering to create a thread about it.

We can't spoon feed you on something you CLEARLY need to learn much more about.
