H&R Street Performance Coil Over

Anyone riding on H&R Street Performance Coil Over?
Looking into getting coils for my 8 and right now im considering going with H&R coilover kit, looking at the price range of 1k to around 1400. Any coilovers you guys would recommend that falls within my range? Or are the H&Rs a good buy?

Not coilovers, I have a set of H&R springs that I will be putting on when the weather warms.

Don't bother with the H&R's if your budget is up to $1400. For that money you can get the Bilstein PSS9's which are adjustable and will have better damping. You will be much happier in the end. There are a lot more of us running PSS9's.

The H&R Street Coilovers are decent, but better can be had for the same price...

My buddy is running them on his '05 WRX:

...along with crazy gangsta fitment wheels and tires...

Anyway, they make a lot of noise when turning at low speed... they have a helper spring and it always catches, causing a weird spring "twang" noise... the handling is good but I think the struts themselves aren't dampened enough. The spring aren't a lot stiffer than stock either. If you can get a hookup on them do it, otherwise the Bilsteins are a much better option and not a whole lot more expensive.
