Only I have 900000 Yen to spare I can get a front and rear set in either silver black or red calipers.
They are all 4 pots, 2 piece rotor package with brake lines..... well not very special but it is the first one I see that have front and rear package (400000 + Yen each) :o

This brakes has been around for a long time and been on Toda and V8 Supercars.... I like it coz there are tonnes of them here in Australia and on the most hardcore race car out there.

The braking of the RX8 is very good... not the best.. alot of it has to due with the vehicles weight as well. You will see even better braking, critical weight savings and less brake fade with a better setup.
I have the stoptech setup and i will be installing it next week..maybe i'll do a review and some pics during the process.

please do...and as for teh brakes being "not the best" i'd say in the rx-8's price braket stoping from 60-0 in 111 feet (can't remember teh mag article mototrend or car and driver)...that's better than a z06 vette last tiem i checked and evo 8. i woudllove to improve teh braking of the 8 but it already give me whiplash..and the price is astronomical. guess i'll eb sticking with the stokers ...hah aah well she stops like a champ.

Quick question,
You indicate a front and rear package, but the key question which hasn't been asked is:
Will you lose your ebrake function? Any answers to this? Does the stoptech rear caliper have a mechanical aspect for ebrake.
I simply upgraded my calipers to the Endless 6pot minis and I am amazed at how much better the vehicle brakes and feels with this simple upgrade. I wasn't expecting a dramatic difference by simply changing out the caliper.

Yes rear brake change usually mean no e brake.
I am looking at the AP racing ones - I am sure they are the same as Endless. The RX-8 with AP is braking 40-50m furthur in front on the track. Love the AP
