Good places to buy rims

Hi guys, I recently got into an accident and require two rims. Therefore I felt this would be a good time to upgrade my other wheels as well.

Now I understand that the OEM rim is around 22lbs and is 18X8.5. w/ 50 offset

I am just looking for rims that are close to OEM spec and don't have to be super light and expensive since I don't use my car for AutoX etc.

Now I know Tirerack is a great place to buy rims of all kinds. Does anyone know of other places as well, that sell rims close to OE spec?

Any help would be much appreciated..thank you

tirerack is a good place. i'd stick to there.

goodwin racing has some nice rims. expensive. http://www.good-win-racing.com/Mazda...ml?id=pg7LYsSf

also, you can try ebay. you can probably find 2 OE rims for far less than what you'd pay for a whole new set. even a cheap wheel mfg like ASA or american racing.

You always have a HUGE EDGE in purchasing RX8 wheels from us.

Since we know the fitments you don't have to waste your time researching offsets. Just show me a wheel you like and your criteria. I'll tell you what you can get and give you club prices that should be better than these online stores.

FYI, I HAVE 2 OEM WHEELS I'M SELLING $200.00 + S/H for them. They have the TPMS sensors as well.

Rishie,

Can you PM me how much would it be with shipping to 30328? Also are the rims used or new?

I was basically looking for black rims with a chrome lip close to OE specs. I can compromise a little on the weight but it has to be 18 X 8.5 atleast. (I think that's OEM)

Not too sure if OE tires would easily fit on 18X9 rims?

Let me know your thoughts...thanks a lot. If anything I'll end up getting the OEM rims from you. Cheers and have a Happy New year

I'll keep you in mind as I am most likely planning on purchasing rims soon myself.

One question though. Do you accept payment other than pay pal ?
