Falken Ziex Ze512s on Flik wheel -- good price, yes, good quality?
Edge Racing offers a nice looking Flik Artic for $99 (17x7, 18lbs.) and Falken Ziex Ze512s for $97 (225/50VR17, 22.5 lbs), making this an attractive non-summer package. I understand the Falkens are all-season, not winter-specific tires. Has anyone experience with this Falken tire, either on their 8 or something else?

i have the ze512 on my protege AND my rx-7.
it's a good 'all-around' tire, good dry grip, really good wet traction, can handle light snow use. probably not good for heavy snow use.
it's definitely better than any H-rated 'touring tires', probably not as good as a true summer performance tire.
