Car pulls to right? (NOT ALIGNMENT PROBLEM)
Car pulls to right? (NOT ALIGNMENT PROBLEM)
So I've gotten 4 alignments done in 2 years (2 with my old setup and 2 with my new setup) and I can't figure out why my car still pulls to the right...
I've also double checked my suspension heights to make sure that wasn't causing it, but my front and rear coilovers are at the same heights.
Tire pressure isn't it also...
What else can I check?

Hmmmmm... Good question.
Well I know, to drive straight I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left.
When I let go of the steering wheel I pay attention more to which way the car is going rather than which way the steering wheel is going.

When I let go of the steering wheel, the car goes straight then "catches" and starts drifting right.
I do have a slight bumpsteer problem because of my wheel setup, but again, this happened on my old setup as well.
I need to try while braking, but I can attest that it isn't caused by road grooves or crowing on the roads.

Have you checked brake calipers for dragging on either side. Easiest way is a heat gun check after a bit of driving. Check rotor temps with it.
Or,,,,
You have an alignment problem. Or a bad ball joint, tie rod .

Have you had any problems with your electric power steering? Mine has been acting up and I have had similar issues with it pulling one way or another or being harder to go one way than another when it's acting up. One time I was at a light and my steering wheel turned all the way right
Pretty scary.
Try cleaning your EPS connectors real good.

So I'll check ball joints, tie rods, and the power steering sensors.
I had my brake pads changed last season, and removed and re-installed my calipers just last week to install the extended studs, so I don't think it's that. I'll check it anyways though.

Holy camber! I don't really see anything there to make you pull. But those camber numbers are a bit extreme. Do you have it like that on purpose for some hella stance thing or what? BTW maybe you can resize the pic a bit.
Like Easy1 said, it could be a caliper dragging a bit. You can easily not hear a caliper drag. I have one, on the left side, right now. It is enough to pull the car left, up the crown of the road. Is the right front wheel dirtier (more brake dust) than the left front wheel? You can also pull the pads. Sometimes a dragging brake will make they wear at an angle. Mine are on that side. After this weekend, I will be able to tell you how hard it is to replace the caliper seal and boot. I can say it was a bitch to find one.
Another possibility is the brake line. I read where if they stretch a bit, they will hold a little pressure after the pad is released. The test is to try to turn the wheel, mash the brakes, release them, open the bleeder screw to release any excess pressure, close it then see if the wheel is easier to turn. It did not change for me.
Also check the boots on the guide pins for tears and dirt inside. That is what I think started my problem. A kit with the boots and all little metal parts is like $12 at Autozone.
Needless to say I tried the guide pins, brake line and bleeding the brakes before I ordered the seals.
Something that works for me, when it is dragging, run over a dozen road turtles with that wheel. In my case, that seems to help the piston slide back and the drag goes away until I hit the brakes again.

19x11 +18 all around, I have no choice but to run camber like that lol
jack the car and see if the front wheels are hard to turn(i know, you cant, lol:P) to see if its the brakes rubbing.
try cleaning the EPS, easiest thing to try
otherwise have your EPS module checked
