Grace_Excel 07-29-2011 01:52 AM

I forgot you had GT-Fs 9k, what happened to those? I think he PM'd me a while back and recommended one in the Inland Empire, same one you went to?

I sold them to Phrenetik and then a month later he wrecked the car and a couple of the wheels.

Grace_Excel 07-29-2011 12:01 PM

It's not the same car, but the wheels look similar to your old VOLKs: 8 maniac's RX-8

 Those are mine, I bought them from 8 maniac when he sold his 8 and bought a Monster Audi S4. SARX FTW.

Grace_Excel 08-02-2011 10:02 PM

Damn, talk about inheritance:lol:!

Love it! :D

Got any hi-res pics btw? I'd love to use the first as a wallpaper.

Bump this thread back to the top! It feels good to have some Volks again.

^In the Calling all Sunlingt Silver thread, someone is asking about your specs on the VOLKs. I mentioned that it could possibly 18x9.5 and 10.5 +15 all around as your previous wheels.

Sifu 08-30-2011 02:11 PM

Just answered :)

Grace_Excel 08-30-2011 06:14 PM

Castillo Dental Clinic employees drive nice cars :) I see a white Supra, black and yellow S2K...

Sifu 08-31-2011 12:45 AM

There were many nice cars out that day. Keep checking their site bc there are plenty of other cars :)

mazdaspeed306 09-03-2011 10:11 PM

I'm thinking bout running gram lights 57D 18x9.5 but not sure on the offset any1 got pics ?

RX8Soldier 09-03-2011 10:22 PM

I miss those so much lol. I'm glad that they at least got use with a couple of good RX-8 owners. If it wasn't for the different bolt pattern, I would have tried to keep those volks... So much nicer than these:

I already have a plan for my next set... I just need money! Unfortunately, I probably wont be getting Volks next.

I may behind my times but i just noticed that there are about 4-6 new model wheels out there! All pretty good looking by Rays, but mostly one piece.

Here are some pictures I took at a local Nissan dealership.

Here's what it looks like in my stock suspension with 245/40-18 tires.

I have the same size and width on all four of them with +38 offset. +38/40 in front is a perfect fit if you lower the car with just drop springs, the rears will be tucked. Had two adults sit in the back, the wheels cleared and didn't rub the rear fenders. It may still clear without rolling the rear fenders even if the offset is 5 or 10 mm less.

It's hard to see the GT-F's flow with the AUDI, probably in 19s.

J8635621 09-07-2011 12:45 PM

9.5 +33 doesn't need a fender roll with 245/40 but will rub through some plastic pretty quick. +28 needed a roll and some of the bumper tab removed.

+38 for stockish height
+33 for about an inch lower (springs)
+28 for about 1.8-2" lower
+23 for slammed

If you get a pull you can go more aggressive

Yes, I guess you are because you don't have to post to be subscribed to this thread. There is a little box on the top that says thread tools......................

And yes I love giving my opinion. Don't get your panties in a twist fruity, I was just telling you about your sig, seems pointless to have a sig advertising something that is over but rock it if you like.

gregs 12-02-2011 06:35 PM

who the heck would advertise a past event??
