Calling all RAYS wheel owners
I have these as the Gram Lights, for autocross and track days. The 8.5 width and +45 offset aren't that bad. Looks-wise, yes, I can probably use a little more offset. But overall, pretty light, and agile. Especially compared to my GTS.
You may be able to find them used on the Altima or Sentra forums, as they were Nismo badged for that market.

it's just one nut per wheel. They say volk or rays on the nuts. It's slightly larger than the thee nuts and has a little notch in it that takes a special socket to press in that notch and then you can turn it
any one going to post there wheel/tire weight? With a 10:1 lbs ratio on static vs rotational mass, you really notice the powerloss and the handling goes out the window. Not knowing that upfront cost power time and money. Anyone come across this?
I ended up going with (Ray's) prodrive GC 14i wheels. 19x8.5 front and rear.It is a forged wheel that weighs 18lbs instead of the 33lb stern wheels. That's 15lbs per wheel, 60lbs total x 10lbs (formula), cuts 600lbs of junk in your trunk. And believe me, it felt like it!
I ended up going with yokohoma advan sport tires, @24lbs, totally 42lbs. Coming in lighter than my 18inch set-up, now it seems worth the investment, both performance and looks.
I've got to say, it's been a humbling learning experience. Anyone else?
