Burning smell from Driver's Side Rear Tire

I'm running on the Dunlop M3 Winter Sport package with Kazerra rims from Tire Rack. No TPMS warning, tire pressure looks good. Smell seems to originate from tire or tire well not from exhaust. No smell from other tires or tire wells. Any thoughts?
