Broken RB End Link

I have the RB suspension setup including the front sway bar end links for two years now. Today, I discovered one of the end links is broken in half. Has anyone experience this? (I do not abuse the car and avoid potholes whenever I can.)

In half like a pencil? Was the break near the middle?

Never heard of a front breaking or bending. Can you copy this photo and indicate where it broke? Also when you installed it did you use RB drill bit and the guide they sent with it?

Please see added pic in first post. This was discovered during an oil change. I have been noticing a bit more roll lately. But certainly did not expect this. I already contacted RB, but still waiting for their reply. Replacing the end link is cheap and easy. But I am more interested in how this happen so that I can avoid it in the futrue. Any guesses?

Expo: Yes, all RB instruction was followed, and provided drill bit and guide used.

Question about your photo. Is that taken from behind the left front wheel? I ask because if it is it looks like the end link was installed wrong. Here is a photo of mine taken from behind the front left, notice where the lower part attaches.

Yes, the pic was taken from back of the wheel well. Humm... It seems I better have a talk with my installer.

Thats why you do the job.It is so obvious, the link should be vertical and perpendicular to the bar. What a dump a$$.
Didn't you hear a clicking sound over bumps, the link hitting the lower control arm?
Check the other one. I bet its wrong too.

Yeap. Based on the pic, both RB and Good Win Racing confirmed that the end link was installed incorrectly.

Here is why reputable establishments deserve the money. First, both RB and GW took the time to help me diagnose the problem. And as you can tell, they responded very quickly. Secondly, RB is voluntarily replacing the product even though it was not their fault. Both are class acts.

As for the party responsible for the original installation, they also agreed that they would install the replacement end links.

Thanks to all of you who provided input. And a special thanks to Jim at Racing Beat and Brian at Good Win.

this is kinda off topic, but are the stock endlinks made out of metals?

Yes the stock endlinks are made out of metal and are quite sufficient for the stock setup.

The Racing Beat endlinks are heftier and recommended for upgraded suspension setups.

Looks like you got something caught up under there or hit something-hard. Whats that big chunk of missing wheel on your rim?

Sorry Dom. I meant to reply to your ? yesterday. The damage to the wheel was due to a mishap I had before the RB setup was installed. I went off the shoulder on the back road after skidding on gravel. I hate the OEM tires. Thanks again for all your help.

My RB sways occasionally make a clunking type sound when I hit the brakes from low speeds or when going over bumps. I have the RB endlinks as well. Anyone else have this problem?

Is this noise from the front or rear?

Things to check are DRY bushings LINK.
Upside down rear bar LINK
Or the Front end links are in wrong like in this thread.
