BF Goodrich 225/40 R18

is this size too low and small for our car? seem like its hard to get 225/45 R18 here.

The tire will spin 3.41% faster for the same speed so your speedometer will be read too high.
245/40/18 will spin only 0.99% faster and are easier to get.
