why do you need that? did you buy some off ebay? if you go to teins website they have a pic up of a spring with the number

Fake springs have bolder lettering, and it's parrallel to the ground, not the coil.





The pic you're posting looks original, but who's to say they didn't get a pic of a real one.

Are they that much cheaper than DPE?
I bought mine from DPE because they support the forum, and I wanted the piece of mind that they were going to be real.
