Azenis RT 615s and 18x9.5 +38

I've got two options for the 615s. 265 35 18 and 255 40 18. I know the 265 35s will fit without rubbing, but the 255 40s are $250 lest and are real close to the stock diameter with almost no change in speedo/odo?

Can I clear 255 40 18s on a +38 offset all around? Anyone have a similar setup?
