Axim VIP, would they work? Cheaper version?

Hey guys i just found these and they look hella tight to me. Would they fit on a 8? and these sites im looking at keep saying the VIP is the one piece version of some other rims, anyone know what rims they are or if there is just a cheaper version? 1500 is too much for a broke college kid

well I was only kidding , but if you can't afford $1500 for rims you sure can't afford the 20" tires to go on them
