I suppose you could get away with the "50" series tire, especially for the winter. Looks good.

285 rear-section tires? I heard there were some rubbing issues with those. Why the wide setup? Aesthetics, or are you going to support some serious mondo power?

I wish they came in 18 inches. The price to weight ratio would be really nice. Guess I'll stick with the SSR Comps for now.

Do a search on here for those wheels. There was one guy who put them on his 8 and posted some photos. The down side to them is the big hole in the center. You'll see a rusty piece of metal (unless you prep it and paint it before hand). Being lightweight and all is a nice bonus. I'm still trying to decide which wheels to get for winter and these are near the top of my list. I also will be using the Dunlop M3 tires on whatever wheel I end up with.

On another note, how far away from Holland are you? I usually go up there once a year to see a bunch of relatives who live up there. I always enjoy spending time there.

Those are great rims, a few Focus owners put them on and loved them. Also, about the whole in the middle, there is a piece you can buy to put in there, like you have to do with the MS rims.

I think most people were buying them directly from Kosei, but Im not sure.

If anything, go to www.focaljet.com (Focus site) and search there forum, or just register and post.

I think its so moronic that tirerack sell the rim, but not the centerpiece.

I think these wheels are made mostly for sport compacts.

Don't forget the ADVAN RG's.
