Aggressive Wheel Fitment Thread
What type of tools can be used for a self align? I can't think of anything that can adjust toe aside from crude measurements or expensive machines, lol.

remember the 255's will have a bit of a stretch (not much) but with rolled fenders it should sit in there real nicely. Or, if you want complete piece of mind, get the 245's. Im getting 18x9.5 +22 w/ 255/35 for my next setup and Ive done a ton of measuring on my car to see how it would fit.
I don't consider 255's to be stretched unless you've got super stiff, square shoulders on the tires. I've got at least 3 different brands of 255's at home ranging from nexen to pirelli and upon measuring all of them a few days ago, the faces of the tires are just about at 10".
TH - Like J said, our suspension by nature has plenty of travel and cambers up significantly. The fit will be fine :D For maximum mechanical grip, better feedback/response, a tad bit of gearing, and a more "for sure" fit, the 245/40/17 would be your prime choice; Unless it were autocrossing, I'd personally opt for that option. It's not like 18" sizing where a 245 is typically a taller tire than a 255, thus negating some of those benefits.

The other option i was thinking was to go staggered...but i hate the idea of not being able to rotate and dealing with adjusting other parts of the cars suspension for balance.

18x10 +25 will need a roll at least but it is dependent on tire sizes and how much camber you are willing to run.
If I would go with a smaller tire than a 255/35 on the 18x10 +25s I'm ordering, I could probably get away with just a very small roll because of how much camber I have in the rear. I'm dialing the rear suspension for less rear camber(going from -3.5 to -2.5) so I will definitely need a roll.
If you would run a 215 or 225 or even a 235, and would run some big negative camber, you would probably only need a small roll.

That's an opinion question. Do what you want. BTW 10mm spacers with studs built in may need your stock studs to be trimmed down a little and the 10mm spacers without studs will need longer studs installed (lots of work).

Ya sorry dude. I wasn't questioning your knowledge I was just using the "shotgun approach" lol. Ask as many people as you can so theres a better chance of getting an answer quick. Again, thanks alot j8635621!

yeah no work was needed for that setup & i run a 245/40... & yea those screws r holdin the lip on lol... i bought it used & it was like that. Just haven't gotten around to fixin it but hey, good eye! lmao
