Yes But, relating whats physically going on to the offset reference, wasn't totally clear to me until seeing in person. Ive had 3 sets of wheels in the past year, learning something every step of the way. This is my first venture into this territory and, a new experience with 3 piece "Real" wheels. Reading and getting information is all well and good but hands on, for me, gives a way better understanding.. |
I would run like a 15mm spacer in the rear so you can have the same specs all around...
|
Or if the +27 clears the brakes just put those up front Run spacers as necessary

https://www.rx8club.com/members/able...-box-38458.jpg https://www.rx8club.com/members/able...ay-1-38457.jpg Personally, I would run the +12 up front and run the +27 in the rear with a 10-15mm spacer in the rear. Some might laugh about lower offset up front but my offsets were reverse staggered by 5mm with my bazreias (11.5 ET21 front & 11.5 ET26 rear) and nobody once commented on this. You can also try using the higher offset up front and spacing accordingly as Derek mentioned but my car had a bit more clearance up front than in the rear, so reverse stagger offsets made sense. The reason your 15's didn't work is they are slip on spacers. You can use slip on spacers but they will require installing extended lug bolts (i.e. hassle). You will need spacers that bolt to the hub of the car and have extended bolts that you then bolt the wheel to if you want things to be easy (I sure did). These are the two options I would personally choose between: A) 10mm 5x114.3 67.1 12x1.5 Kics spacers w/built in studs. I don't know of any other brands that do a 10mm with built in studs. The kics are steel (most spacers are aluminum) and very high quality. I would not trust any less on my car for a 10mm w/studs. With 15mm there are quite a few options but again, I would recommend going with something quality. 20mm and thicker you can typically get away with a lesser known brands but anything thinner than 20mm and I prefer to use names I trust. https://www.evasivemotorsports.com/m...SERIES_BIG.jpg Kind of a whack pic but this is what Evasive has posted. Evasive Motorsports | PH: 626.336.3400 Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm PST: H&R DRM Wheel Spacers - 15mm / 12x1.5mm / 5x114.3 / Bore: 67.1mm |
One other thing to note - the staggered offsets on the faces will make your wheels much easier to sell in the future. Having same face all around with little BBK clearance was a problem when I was trying to move my Bazreias.
I can't believe I've been on this forum for 7.5+ years. BTW Danny if you swing that $3500 for the Rezax major props man! |

These honestly look amazing. Maybe I am biased towards Bazreias though, haha... love this finish, nice to see something different. I like how the windows & register aren't finished. Fun fact, I owned this set of wheels at one point prior to them being rebuilt :) A) 10mm 5x114.3 67.1 12x1.5 Kics spacers w/built in studs. After getting more info ... I'm going to go with the 10mm spacers... Turns out the offset on the wheels is +16 in the front and +27 in the rear ... Thanks for all the help everyone :).. |

Had a couple offers for 3k-3.1k for the Rezax but I can't let them go for that little. And the 3600 price includes tires btw.
I'm still deeply in love with my wheels, no rush to sell, but for the right price I will so I can fund my air setup. Can't wait to see Weds wheels on the car man! |
^ Your going air bro...can't wait for that!

Dlum's car kills the stance game period lol static because bags are for girls

Bags are for people who don't wont to break thousands of dollars of aero. Lol
|
Or hundreds of dollars of aero in most cases.
|
i haven't had any problems with my aero :) if you can count it as aero lool
i think the frame is around the same level as the side skirts so in most cases that's what saves the skirts https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.n...75978955_n.jpg |

Love all the shots Derek! Can't wait to get my custom front UCA's made so I can get -6.5 camber. It'll look more balanced like yours.
