Side skirts shipped for $60? What's the deal with them? Why you get rid of them? Did you have them mounted? Lightning yellow or custom? Are they fiberglass?

15 won't even work with stock wheels. 25mm is what you want for that
Edit: those 15s would work but you'd have to put all new wheel studs in
