Okay so here is a question to get some of you thinking. What is the most aggressive setup you have ever seen on a non-widebody rx8? greatest width with the lowest offset.

You know, I thought so too but his offset was like +21 on them. I pretty much wanna know if anyone ran anything lower offset on 11.5's

I'm curious of the answer too. Keep in mind I was running 11.5 +21 front and 11.5 +26 rear. Comparable to 10.5 +8 front and 10.5 +13 rear. Anyone lower offset and/or wider than that on stock body? I'm sure someone, somewhere is. I think 11.5 +21 was possibly in rear too, but I wouldn't have been able to tuck without a bit more work, which wasn't worth it night before heading up to a show.

 

It does look good! I only glanced at it, I thought they were vsxx's haha. Gave him benefit of the doubt.

I'm pretty sure dlum is running 18x10.5 +11 right now on his Equip setup with -5.7 camber in the rear on factory arms. So I think that's slightly more aggressive than yours was according to your numbers?

 

this rim clears with barely a credit card in the rear though >.> fronts could fit another 5mm or more. does this mean i win? i think someone here was trying to fit 18x10+0 work equips though o.o whatever happened to that guy? that's more aggro than mine by like 6mm or something like that

on a side note, i went to formula drift irwindale this weekend and guess who approached me while i was driving in?!? MAD MIKE!!!! made my day :D :D :D he gave me a speedhunters' feature this' sticker, but i don't think speedhunters ACTUALLY wanted to feature my car because it's stock as fuuuuuu, so i just kept the sticker for laughs xD

on a side note to keep some pics flowing in here I keep ruining my pants every time I open my laptop since this is my desktop. Hate you tilt. these were BY FAR my favorite setup you ever had. normally Im not one to say 3k is really worth a set of wheels but id pay the 4200 these were advertised for on wheelflip a while back ALL day long. absolute perfection in my book.

 

mike is a super cool dude. back in 2010 when he ran formula D I had a long conversation with him about his 8. this is unreal. I got to sit in it and rev it :D
