hey guys I know this is a thread to post pics but I was needing some wisdom... it seems the dwellers in this thread can lead me in the right direction.
so in a couple months I plan on purchasing some 18x9.5 et20 wheels 245/40/18 tires and some powertrix coilovers in the next group buy (whenever that is).
I know I will need some fender work and im scoping shops with rollers and experience to not screw up my fenders.
that said how much roll will be needed to be flush but maintain suspension geometry and not run crazy camber. Im a noob and I have searched but I still need a little help lol.
I understand the fender tabs may need removing and maybe a small flare... this on the rear only?

Don't know about removing the fender tabs but I don't think a flare will be necessary. My buddy is running 18x9.5+22 all around with a fatty tire (not sure what size) and all he neeeded was a shave in the rear, and slight roll up front, but even that I don't think you'll need unless you're doing some aggressive driving
I will be driving it very aggressively next season thats why I dont want to go crazy with camber and ride height... that and I have speedbumps to deal with 4-5 times a day lol.
if I dont feel +20 is aggressive enough I may slip some spacers in... I guess its a play by ear thing. but thanks for the input... I will see about fender tab removal and mild rolling and estimate high on the cost in case i need more fender clearance to clear the rubber with very modest camber.

I found that a lot of fender work is a play by ear thing anyways just because everyones height and wheel/tire combo are different. You can get the basics to your fender work in the beginning, but some problems that you didn't see coming may hit you by surprise and you'll just have to play it from there. The joy of aggressive fitment :D
And thanks
expect to see big changes soon!
