alerady looking into it just for the rear, it doesnt look like i can touch the front being i have that stupid BBK that takes up all the space..haha. pm will be coming your way asking about having some work done.
HAHAHA word! What are your wheel stats crazy man? oh and those lowered skateboards are sick haha!
Mike brought up a good point, IZZYRX8 is running 245/35/19 BFG KDWS on a supposedly 19x10 wheel...but he is stretching a bit on the 245s. We measured the barrel from lip to lip (inboard bead seat to outbard bead seat) and it measured at 11"? We thought we had the wheels built to 19x10, but I guess they are x11s ...

someone doesn't know their wheel stuffs You subtract an inch from what you measured to get the real width.
MaD Rx-8
Haha, im actually getting run the exact same set up on mine because I hadn't seen anyone else running it. Will be slightly different though as im in a black 8 and Ill be getting the chromium black ones. Hoping to go a bit lower too, but seeing your pics I may wanna run a fatter tire if I go any lower than you. Looks good though
Thanks man, Yeah i love it, i was worried when i first got them if they'd look good but im happy with them. I do wanna go a little lower, just sucks because the oil pan is the first thing to get nailed, bleh. Oklahoma Roads suck bawllss. i almost got the chromium ones but went with flat, obviously. I'm gonna do 245's on the rear i think next. but there's not a big reason to, i like the Stretched look and unless i go boosty boosty i wont need the extra tread lol.
Thanks again, Hit me up with your setup when you get them if you would!

And yeah, I definitely understand the bad roads concern, I live on a back road in WV, and my road gets nailed pretty hard by snow, yet hasnt been repaved in like 3 years or so. Im praying for my oil pan until I move into town next fall.

Depending if your wheels are 2 piece or 3 piece (I personally don't recall) it may be as easy as swapping out the lips

Also, because 19" tires have shorter sidewalls, the stretch is more apparent (same amount of stretch as an 18" equivalent, but over a shorter distance).
^+^^+^^^ Yeah thats what I thought, thats why I asked.
Interesting about the sidewall stretch...
Makes sense. Im learning, Im learning. In my mind I'm already building some RETARDED Wheel set-ups

[QUOTE=tiltmode43;4114549]Brake clearance will be determined by the face of the wheel - changing lips and/or barrels won't effect clearance from the brake caliper to the face of the wheel.
