I believe he switched to coilovers.

Looks good as always tilt.

And ill try and get some decent pics tomorrow.

Also Rev the only reason I don't think its the rear is because it isn't too low back there. I'm not gonna rule it out though. Tomorrow I'm working on it more and as far as camber I'm not sure. I plan on getting that done this weekend or early next week.

The specs on the wheels are 18x11 ET25 all around. Bumper went to paint yesterday and once that gets back I'll have a photoshoot thread posted with more details.

finally picked my wheels up yesterday (: still waiting on the new coils to put them on. what size tires do you guys think will work? i originally wanted to run 265/35, but now i'm debating if that's too wide. i think tilt was running those with one of his previous sets, but i just wana know if it'll work. i know the extensive fender work required and i'm willing to do it. but i just want some input.

basically long put to short, 265/35 on my 18x10.5 +15 OR 245/40??

It's going to be a bitch to fit tbh. Maybe try 245's and swap to 265's once you decide if there is enough clearance?

^^i like stretched look. makes the 18" look bigger, especially if you're gonna dump the height.

tilt: you ran this setup once/couple times before right? and you ran 265/35's also? is the fender work more than just a roll, pull, and shaved bumper tabs? i don't really want to run stretched tires >.> but running the 245 first and then upgrading could work too. what exactly am i getting myself into??lulz

I did run 18x10.5 ET15 with 265/35/18 Hankook R-S3's; anyone who has run that tire will comment on the actual width and sidewall design. They sit like 275 Toyo T1r's or Falken FK452's would. I also ran 18x10.5 ET13 w/265/35/18 Continental ContiSportContacts - the stretch with these tires helped them fit.

Sean's setup is sick - it looks like he is running 245/40's. I also believe Munchy is running with 245/40's in the back. My 18x10.5 ET15 Orange TE37's also had 245/40/18's. You'll notice that some tires stretch more than others and when dealing with these types of fitments, this can be a crucial factor.

265's on 10.5 ET15 is not going to be easy, but is definitely possible.

So I fixed all my rubbing on the top parts of the fender, the only spot I rub is on the back of the fender well when im fully turning. I dont think there is a way around this is there?

Some people hammer it out of the way, some people cut. Pick your poison.

Dammit, I was trying to not take any pictures until it was all done but I love seeing a car with no front bumper! Bumper was off as I was fabbing up a quick bumper support for when the bumper bar is not present.

Wheels are three piece BBS LM's with 19" faces front mounted on reverse lips + barrels, work done by a local SoCal shop who will soon blow up! Specs are 18x11 ET25 all around with 265/35/18 Hankook R-S3's. No rubbing, of course!
