so i'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but i figured you guys know the most about fenders. so here it is. i'm not even sure what happened but somehow i knocked a little piece of my fender tab out with my tire. i think i was turning and hit a bump at the same time? i have no idea, but how do i fix it? my front fenders were not rolled because i thought the factory partial roll would clear, but i guess not x.x would a simple fender roll fix this?? thanks in advance!!

From the looks of things, a fender roll will take care of this, and hide it as if it never happened. Mind you, I am on my phone so I'm not seeing the largest of pictures lol.

With regards to tein basics Vs powertrix - take a look around the forum at the Tein ride height adjustability, and I think you'll have your answer

For mine, I've always either rented or borrowed from friends. Try searching craigslist, and you should be able to find someone you can rent from in the area.

I plan on renting one whenever I go to do it, looks like the norm is about $50 with like a $200 deposit. Doesnt seem like too hard of a thing to do.

RX8 is made of old beer cans... plus i find it best to roll the front with a plastic body hammer that way they don't come out wavy.

Harbor freight 7$, use your hand as a dead blow on the outside and start hammering away... gently, on a hot day with a heat gun.

I'd trim up your fender liners a bit also.

^ Might do this instead, I did think it would be pretty easy to bend that metal since its so thin and flexible, I just need to buy a heat gun though.

This is still the best how to fender roller vid to follow beside the bat on the rear lol.

harbo freight heat gun like 12$ and make sure you get a hammer that looks like this one...

Dont miss the edge on the inside cuz you will **** your fender up. pretty easy to do. I actually was able to do this to the rears on my rx8 which is kinda scary.

Yeah the front fenders you can practically roll with your hands, lol. Very easy with a mallet or equivalent.
