Aftermarket Coilovers and DSC

Hello everyone, I just bought my RX8 about a month ago and I am very, very happy with it, there seems to be quite a bit of knowledeable people here and I was wondering if any of you could help me with my question.

Will the DSC be firendly to aftermarket coilovers, I would like to see my car sit a little lower then it does now, maybe an inch and a half, but Im not sure if this will throw the geometry of the suspension off enough to mess with the DSC, or if swapping out the suspension will cause the ECU to throw any codes since it does control the DSC.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Also anybody know how the JIC coilovers are compared to the TEIN's.
