I'd say Enkei's or maybe some second hand (or heavily discounted) Volk's might be your best bet if you're tight budget wise. Ebay also has tons and tons of Stern's and other decent wheels all the time, maybe you might find something there? Just keep the faith man, and keep on lookin', you'll find something sooner or later

no personal experience, they are heavy but some folks on here have them and I haven't noticed any complaints as far as quality goes etc. 
They're cast and not forged so they won't cost near as much as some of the other stuff mentioned. You might want to take a look at http://www.wheelspecs.com/specs/ as well, they have weights and lotsa' pictures etc.
