Will the 38mm offset work? A friend of a friend is willing to sell this to me. what do you guys think??

what kind of rims are those/?

They will fit, but they might look a bit wide in the front.
A 42mm or deeper is better looking in the front.
Also, make sure the bolt pattern is correct and that you get proper metal hubcentric rings to fit the bore.

 

I found a link on here regarding someone who purchased buddy club IIs that were 19x8 and had a 38mm offset and said it worked fine...

 

He said they would fit.I really started to notice wheels look alot diferent on the car in person.

I have a 18" 8.5 with a offset of 38... I think they fit perfectly.
