Theyre also crazy rare, I had to wait over 3 months for my set and now the waitlist is close to like 6 months I believe on some sizes.
But yes, some stance coilovers are definitely my next move, will most likely buy a set this winter to install in the spring. Front def needs moar low.
Also, this may be a silly question but whats "OP"?
Skip the Stance, go for Powertrix

It's all good either way, just be happy you've made it work for yourself. for zeroing out the toe as well.

The OP should sell or trade in his 8 for a Civic. He's making the rest of us 8 owners look like clueless douchbags.

this has been pretty awesome after getting caught up. I dont see why the need for camber to get these to fit. many people have fit more agressive without it. hell what im getting ready to run will be basically the same fitment and do not plan on going past -2 hoping to say between 1.5-1.8. And mine are rare for a rx8 along with many crowds.

It's like deciding that because the pants don't fit, you need to gain 80 pounds

And then posting all proud that you made them fit without falling off

Post up results of that if you don't mind. Didn't you want the car to ride extra high in the rear?

yes i did should be ~1/2" now. my PIAAs are 18x8.5 +30(with +15 spacer in the back only) with 255/40 all around now & doesnt look like much camber with the added height over my 17s set up. I will have to get pictures trying to recoupe from rim cost before i get tires but will be soon. on the 18 set up so far no rubbing in fenders or chargepipe with very little roll from previous.

Those will be an easier fit, but I'm still super duper doubtful that's gonna look good either.

they are on now. the fronts and rears have settled a bit more since it has been driven and evened up. https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-multimedia-photo-gallery-6/beater-track-wheels-sneak-peak-show-rims-219768/

I don't see pics of the 10.5s mounted....am I missing something? I've seen 10.5 +17 in person on an 8 and I see no way that will fit correctly (edit: I'm sure you could just turn the camber to 11). Please prove me wrong.

i thought you were saying the PIAA with be easier but doubtful it will look good. as far as the 10.5 what do you mean by fit correctly? bolt up and go no work that some are not willing or wanting to do yes.

PIAA would be easier for sure. I meant 10.5 +25 with 275 would be easier than 10+20 since the outer edge of the wheel would be roughly the same but with less stretch.

I'm meaning I don't see the 10.5 +25 with 275s fitting at all unless you do something crazy off the wall to your fenders. I said that to you about 10 times in the will it fit thread. How much clearance do you think you have right now with the PIAA? edit: -1 to -2 camber as stated previously.

1/2" maybe a bit more above top of tire to the fender and i understand what you are saying. i should be left with a 1/4" gap with the 19s between and should gain a bit more after a push and that would be minimal. I would say next to no camber now that its lifted up and the taller diameter set up. (i was -1.6 with 255/40/17 and ~1.75" lower) so there is a bit to gain there

OP and monchie would get along just fine. OP, cut your springs while you're at it. Your suspension geometry/functionality is already in the garbage.

I mean like this. I have 9.5 +23 with 245/40/18 so your 8.5 +15 should sit in a tiny bit more but the wider tire will sit farther out. I'm talking about the shoulder of the tire and not the lip of the wheel. -2.2ish camber FYI I don't even have 1/2" of clearance so.....

i would have to look tomorrow.im not going to make a off the wall guess on the measurement. To be honest Im partly affraid to run the 360 rims on the street so if it takes a small bit more that the wanted 1.5-1.8 camber i would be ok with it and adjust back. -5 i would not be ok with.

The reason I needed so much camber is because of how low I am in back (and theyre 19's). If my rear was as high as yours I could run zero camber haha.

But, I am super glad about all the eccentric adjustable suspension arms that come stock on the 8. Was able to keep my toe at zero for that reason.
